3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Service not delivered at all (with verified proof)
- Legal obligation requiring refund
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of BilmaX Connect.
4. Cancellation Policy
a) Subscription Services
- Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused time
b) Project-Based Services
- Once a project has started, it cannot be canceled
- If canceled mid-way, no refund will be issued for work completed or resources allocated
5. Service Suspension
BilmaX Connect reserves the right to:
- Suspend services for non-payment
- Terminate accounts for policy violations
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy
- We reserve the right to:
- Suspend all services immediately
- Permanently ban the client
- Take legal action if required
7. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
After this period, claims may not be entertained.
8. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or international taxes). These are non-refundable.
9. Modifications to Policy
BilmaX Connect reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
